Service Description

If you're building a new home or renovating, this includes one-on-one guidance from planning, material selections to interfacing with your contractors as necessary. We'll start out with a 1 hour appt. to identify key objectives and develop a roadmap going forward, customized to the level of attention you want. Billing is based upon time needed for my involvement, rather than an upfront commitment of money.
