Service Description

This service involves an in-depth inspection of your home to identify the presence of an abnormal fungal ecology using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Includes a comprehensive visual assessment, evaluation of history/use of the home and samples taken as requested by you or deemed necessary from the inspection. Detailed remediation plans can be created if desired, to guide a remediation company. I can also do post remediation verification to ensure mold remediation is successful and you get the result you paid for. Time of 4 - 5 hrs is approximate for an assessment, but can be slightly shorter or longer depending upon the size of the home, complexity, ease of access to spaces and overall conditions.
