Service Description

This service involves an in-depth inspection of your home to identify the presence of an abnormal fungal ecology using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Includes a comprehensive visual assessment, evaluation of history/use of the home and samples taken as deemed necessary from the inspection. Travel cost is added at $60/hr for time to/from the site + any extra costs like meals/lodging if necessary. Detailed remediation plans can be created for an additional cost if desired and applicable. Sampling and lab costs extra if necessary - discussed at time of inspection. Time of 5 hrs is approximate. Could be shorter or longer. Size and complexity of home affects how long it actually will take. A free call to discuss the situation beforehand is necessary for planning before arriving on site.
